What are your candles made of?

Our candles are crafted with a blend of coconut soy wax sourced in the USA. This wax is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and derived from renewable sources to create a clean-burning, vegan, and non-toxic candle. We only use FDA-approved wax.

Each candle is made with eco-friendly, clean-burning wooden wicks sourced from FSC-certified wood, hand-crafted in the USA.

Our fragrances are a mix of clean, phthalate-free fragrance oils and pure essential oils from around the globe for a sophisticated, toxin-free aroma.

Where are the candles made?

In my kitchen at the moment, haha!

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

At this time, we do not offer local delivery or pickup to the general public. All standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground. However, ATL-based Delta employees may request an in-office delivery option if this arrangement is communicated and confirmed with us prior to placing an order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at hello@merakiscentstudio.com.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you created an account during checkout, you could view and track your orders by logging in. If you didn’t make an account, check your email for a confirmation email.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes, we accept wholesale orders for retailers that align with our brand and can also create custom candles for special events. Please note that custom orders may require additional fulfillment time. For inquiries, please email us at sales@merakiscentstudio.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Keep in mind this is a small business so please allow 5-7 business days (not including holidays) to process your order. Your package will arrive within 1-3 business days once your order has been processed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Meraki Scent Studio takes pride in ensuring every package is securely packaged for a stress-free shipping experience. We use durable, rigid shipping boxes designed to protect against side and corner impacts, tested in UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping environments. While our packaging provides a strong defense against typical shipping conditions, please note that we have no control over the handling of packages by USPS or UPS once your order is dropped off at the courier location.

If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@merakiscentstudio.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if possible, replace your order. If stock is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the affected items.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not ship internationally, but we hope to in the near future.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of limited-release products and our commitment to quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. We are a small team, and every order is carefully hand-crafted with care to ensure the best possible product.
