The SkinCare Routine

That Improved my Complexion

With the new requirements to wear masks, my skin started to take a beating. Not only was I trying to combat regular break-outs, now "mascne" was added to the mix. What I was previously using was no longer working, and more and more dark marks started to appear. On my recent Ulta Haul, I made sure to purchase beauty products to keep my break-outs at bay while fading dark scars. Here are some of the products I've added to my skincare routine that may help if you find yourself experiencing the same issues.

CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser

Next, I apply this toner to a cotton pad to help reduce the size of my pores. It also helps remove any residual dirt/makeup that I might’ve missed when washing my face.

CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum

SHOP NOW

Price: $20

Okay, now this is the holy grail item that played a significant role in fading my post-acne marks. You must use it consistently to see results, but let me tell you, it is incredible.

CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion

Price: $12

After applying the serum, I follow up with the CeraVe daily moisturizer. Now, a little goes a long way with this one since you’ve already applied the serum. It adds 24-hr moisture and won’t clog your pores.

Those are the products I currently love at the moment. Leave a comment below and let me know if you have used any of these in your skincare routine.
