  • Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

    Yes!

    What are your candles made of?

    Our candles are made from coconut, soy & food-grade paraffin wax sourced in the USA. It is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and comes from renewable sources to provide a clean, burning, vegan and non-toxic wax. Only FDA-approved wax is in our candles. Skin-Safe: clinically tested and dermatologist reviewed

    Eco-friendly, clean-burning, wooden wicks made from FSC Certified Wood, hand-crafted + made in the USA.

    Our fragrances contain clean, phthalate-free fragrance oils and pure essential oils from around the globe.

    Where are the candles made?

    In my kitchen at the moment, haha!

  • Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

    At this time we do not offer this option. All orders are shipped via UPS ground shipping

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

    Can I update or cancel my order?

    If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us with your order number at hello@merakiscentstudio.com.

    How can I check the status of my order?

    If you created an account during checkout, you could view and track your orders by logging in. If you didn’t make an account, check your email for a confirmation email.

    Do you offer wholesale orders?

    Yes, we accept wholesale orders for retailers that align with our brand. We can also do custom candles for your special event. Please note that custom orders will take longer to fulfill. Please email us at sales@merakiscentstudio.com with your inquiry!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Keep in mind this is a small business so please allow 5-7 business days (not including holidays) to process your order. Your package will arrive within 1-2 business days once your order has been processed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At the moment, we do not ship internationally, but we hope to in the near future.

    Can I return or exchange my order?

    Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. We also cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds on sale items, gift cards, or any item older than 30 days from the date of purchase.
